Due to a certain incident from his puppy days in which he JUMPED OUT OF A MOVING CAR*,  Pancake is not allowed much in terms of window privileges anymore. But oh, God, does he love the little space he does get.

*Yes, he really did.  Ask me about it sometime.  It only took about five years off my life.
