Ya End a Year With Hats, Ya Start a Year With Hats

This past weekend I had the great fortune of attending two events that involved getting to see my friends in crazy hats.  One event was--obvi--New Year's, and the other was a delightful party thrown by my friend Emily for her 23rd birthday.  The theme of her party was "Emily's Second Bat Mitzvah," and cheesy party favors were in abundance.
